This summary explains what Too Many AI Projects collects and why. It is a starting template — review it with your own counsel before relying on it.
What we collect
Your account details (email, an optional name, and a securely hashed password), the project and website data you choose to add, and the analytics credentials you connect. Credentials for third-party analytics (Plausible, GA4, Cloudflare) are encrypted at rest.
How we use it
To provide the product: to show your projects and to fetch traffic numbers from the analytics providers you connect. We do not sell your data.
Third-party analytics
When you connect a site, we use your credentials only to read traffic metrics from that provider on your behalf. You can remove a website at any time, which deletes its traffic data and its credential association. A reusable account credential is deleted (and Google access is revoked where possible) when its final linked website is removed.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept until you delete it. Deleting a project or website removes its associated records; contact us to delete your entire account.
